Who publishes

Poteaux Pliants is published by a private individual, outside any professional activity.

Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004 on confidence in the digital economy, in its article 6-III-2, allows such a publisher not to display an identity. That is the choice made here. The details that would make it possible to identify the publisher are entrusted to the host, which hands them over only to the judicial authority.
